What We Fix

Ruptured High-Pressure Hoses

High-pressure hydraulic hose ruptures on excavators, dump trucks, and heavy equipment. Safety hazard — we treat these as emergency calls and respond fast.

Leaking or Sweating Hoses

Slow leaks and seeping hoses are early warning signs of failure. We replace them before they become a catastrophic rupture that sidelines your equipment.

Fitting and End Failures

Hose end fittings that have pulled loose, stripped, or corroded. We remove the old fitting and crimp a new one on-site.

Dump Truck Hoist Hoses

Hydraulic hoses on dump truck hoist cylinders that fail from repeated cycle stress. We carry hose materials appropriate for hoist system pressures.

Trailer Hydraulic Lines

Hydraulic lines on dump trailers, lowboys, and other hydraulically-actuated trailers. We repair and replace trailer hydraulic systems on-site.

Construction Equipment Lines

Any hydraulic line on any construction equipment — boom cylinders, arm cylinders, blade systems, and drive motors. We come to your job site.

Fabricate on the Spot

We cut the hose to length, select the right fittings for your application, and crimp them on our portable equipment. The hose is tested before installation.

4

We install the new hose, bleed the system if needed, and pressure test to verify there are no leaks. We don't leave until the system is functioning correctly.

Hydraulic Hose FAQ

Can you fabricate custom hydraulic hoses on-site?

Yes. We carry hydraulic hose materials in various sizes and pressure ratings, along with a full selection of end fittings. We measure, cut, crimp, and test replacement hoses on-site.

What equipment do you do hydraulic hose repair on?

Excavators, bulldozers, skid steers, backhoes, dump trucks, dump trailers, concrete trucks, boom lifts, and most other hydraulic-equipped machinery. If it has hydraulic lines, we can fix them.

How long does a hydraulic hose replacement take?

Most single-hose replacements take 30–90 minutes from arrival. More complex repairs with multiple hoses or hard-to-access lines may take longer. We'll give you an estimate when we assess the equipment.

Is a ruptured hydraulic hose an emergency?

Yes — a ruptured high-pressure hydraulic hose is a safety hazard and will render equipment completely inoperable. Call us immediately. We treat hydraulic hose failures as emergency calls.

Do you stock hoses for specific equipment brands?

We carry a broad inventory of hose materials and standard fittings that work across most major equipment brands. For very specialized equipment, we may need to source specific fittings, which we'll assess on-site.
